What is the ROKKA Lodge?

The ROKKA lodge is a quaint little lodge at the Crystal Mountain Ski Resort in the state of Washington. It was built in the early 60's with funds all donated by it's members. It was the "First" lodge built at Crystal Mountain as part of the Crystal Clubs. It was intended for the use of the ROKKA members and thier guests when they planned to stay over night at Crystal Mtn.

It sleeps 23 people in a "Dormatory" style setting. There are four rooms and four bathrooms. two of the bathrooms have a shower. The kitchen is spacious and supplied with dishes, eating utensils, and cooking ware.

What a great place to stay to enjoy the "Mountain Experience".

The First Blog

So nobody ever thought to set up a Blog for the ROKKA lodge a Crystal Mtn. here in Washington State. Well considering the History of the ROKKA Club and all it's members, I can understand why. ROKKA is celebrating over 50 years here in the Northwest and a lot of the original members never used computers and the next generation is still getting used to them and now the latest members use computers as a way of life. So it only made sense to start a Blog. So let's give it a try!
